Adirondack Wastebasket

Dimensions:  Base 7” x 7”  Height 11”

Weave a 7” x 7” base with flat reed.  As you weave the sides with natural reed, you will incorporate dyed reed and a maple or ash stencil strip.  As you weave the shape will transform from a square base to a round basket.  Linda will have a selection of rubber stamps you can use to embellish your basket to compliment your décor.  You will spray your completed basket with clear or oak stain to protect it.

Adirondack Stair Basket

Dimensions:  Base 7” x 12” x 12” (20” including handle)

This is the perfect basket for your Adirondack home or camp made to compliment the other baskets in Linda’s Adirondack Theme Series.  Weave this basket starting with flat reed and an oak handle, then adding more spokes for your step, dyed reed and stencil strip to embellish and a flat oval rim to complete.  Dry the basket and then you have the option to use rubber stamps for embellishment to compliment your home.  Linda will have clear and oak weavers stain for the finishing touch to protect your basket and embellishment.  A pattern will be included with the materials.
